Very hot to extremely hot and uncomfortable conditions, with maximum temperatures of 36-40°C, are expected in places over the Namakwa District of the Northern Cape, and the interior of the Western Cape on Monday.

Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the Kamiesberg municipality of the Northern Cape, places in the West Coast and Cape Winelands districts, as well as Laingsburg and Swellendam municipalities of the Western Cape, and the central Northern Cape.

MPUMALANGA
Morning fog patches along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers in the central and eastern parts. It will be warm in the extreme east.
