Isolated showers are expected over the eastern part of South Africa on Tuesday, otherwise, fine and cold to cool conditions are expected. It should be partly cloudy and cold to cool with isolated showers along the south-west coast on Wednesday. WESTERN CAPE Morning fog patches over the extreme north-eastern parts, otherwise fine and cool. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate northerly to north-easterly reaching fresh along the north-west coast but light northerly to north-westerly along the south coast. The wind along the coast will be light north-westerly, becoming easterly in the afternoon. 10. KWAZULU-NATAL Morning fog in west, otherwise fine and cold to cool. It will be partly cloudy in the north with isolated early morning showers and rain along the extreme north coast.
