A. level 2 warning for severe thunderstorms with heavy downpours, damaging winds, hail and excessive lightning resulting in localised flooding and damage to infrastructure and settlements are expected over the north-eastern parts of Limpopo.

GAUTENG
Cloudy at first, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers.
MPUMALANGA
Cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the Lowveld.
LIMPOPO
Cloudy and cool but warm in places with scattered showers and thundershowers but widespread in the northern Lowveld.
NORTH WEST
Cloudy in the east, otherwise partly cloudy and warm but hot in the southwest, with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the northeast.
THE FREE STATE

Fine and cool to warm, becoming partly cloudy over the south-western parts from the evening. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly, but easterly along the south coast in the morning.

Fine and warm. The wind along the coast will be light north-easterly, becoming light to moderate south-westerly.

Fog patches in the morning, otherwise fine and warm. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-easterly.

Morning fog over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm but cool in the south-west. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected in the north and west. The wind along the coast will be southerly to south-easterly in the north at first, otherwise moderate to fresh easterly to north-easterly spreading to the north in the evening.
