Partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers over the central and south-eastern parts of the country while clearing over the interior on Friday. From Saturday it should be fine and warm to hot but partly cloudy and cool in the south with isolated showers and rain along the coast and adjacent interior. Warnings from the SA Weather Service for Friday: Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the western parts of North West, the eastern parts of Northern Cape, in places over Free State, the northern and extreme south-western parts of KwaZulu-Natal, in places over Mpumalanga and Limpopo. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly THE WESTERN CAPE Fog along the coast at first, otherwise partly cloudy and cool but warm over the eastern interior. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh westerly to north-westerly, becoming south-westerly along the west coast in the afternoon.
