Partly cloudy in the south with isolated showers over the south-western parts of the country on Saturday, according to the SA Weather Service. From Sunday it should be partly cloudy in the south with isolated showers, Otherwise fine and cold to cool. Warnings from the SA Weather Service for Saturday: A. level 1 warning for disruptive rainfall over the City of Cape Town in the Western Cape leading to localised flooding of susceptible areas and roads. Regional forecasts from the SA Weather Service for Saturday: 1. GAUTENG Partly cloudy and cold, but cool in the extreme north. The expected UVB sunburn index: High 2. MPUMALANGA Fine and cool to cold, becoming partly cloudy, except in the south. 3. LIMPOPO Fine in the south at first, otherwise partly cloudy and cool becoming cloudy in the north where a chance of drizzle is expected. 4. NORTH-WEST PROVINCE Fine and cold. 5. FREE STATE Morning fog patches in places, otherwise fine and cold. 6. NORTHERN CAPE Morning fog patches in places, otherwise fine and cold but partly cloudy in the extreme west and south-west. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-easterly, reaching strong at time in the north. 7. WESTERN CAPE Fine over the southern parts in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy to cloudy and cool to cold with a chance of light rain over the south-western parts. Foggy conditions are also expected in the morning over the mountainous regions in the Cape Winelands. The wind along the coast will be strong to near gale north-westerly. The expected UVB sunburn index: Low 8. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE Fog patches in places in the northern and western interior in the morning, otherwise fine and cool to cold, but very cold in places in the extreme northern interior. It will become cloudy in places along the coast and adjacent interior in the evening. The wind along the coast will be Light to moderate north-westerly, becoming fresh east of St Francis in the afternoon. 9. EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE Fog in places in the north-western interior in the morning, otherwise fine and cool to cold, but very cold in places in the northern interior. The wind along the coast will be light north-westerly in the morning and evening, otherwise north-easterly. 10. KWAZULU-NATAL Fine and cool to cold. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-westerly but south-westerly in the north until midday, otherwise moderate to fresh northerly to north-easterly.
