Snowfall in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal and the Free State

Snow Report Southern Africa received photos and video of snow falling in South Africa and Lesotho on 19 and 20 September 2024.

Various roads are or were closed and people have been stuck in their vehicles since Friday. Don't even consider traveling between the Free State and KwaZulu-Natal under there is official confirmation that the roads are open again.

We've posted videos on our TikTok and facebook channels.

More photos will be posted below and this page will be updated regularly.
