Icy photos from the Drakensberg as temperatures drop below zero

Madie from Silver-Streams Cottages outside Underberg in the Drakensberg took some wonderful photos early on Tuesday morning.

According to Madie it was still -2°C at around 8am in the morning in the area.

The temperatures dropped below freezing overnight in some areas after the skies cleared following the recent snowfall.

We also received the first photo of the frozen waterfall on Sani Pass, as well as photos from around Underberg in KwaZulu-Natal
